A first year law student learns about such terms as JURISDICTION [was the crime/act committed in your area], is the crime a misdemeanor or felony? Intent to commit a crime. And a lot more.

Only mentally handicapped people over age 18 in the US are not familiar with the tug of war between law makers, advocates of illegal aliens [their Mexican families] and the attitudes among the ACLU, district attorneys and attorney generals.

IF I agree to help a rapist, a thief, a smuggler, et al, that is conspiracy. 99.9% of conspirators like to hide so that they are not easily identified. Recently, churches, city advocates of illegals, the ACLU and others have broadcast that they want to and do, help illegal aliens find homes, jobs, get medical treatment, and now, get scholarships to attend colleges.

While judges review laws passed by legislators to see if same run contrary to judgments of previous courts [precedence], it seems that for the first time in history, the definition of illegal alien OR the punishment for being an illegal alien, has become a GRAY legal matter. The ACLU wants to represent illegal aliens. Amazing. I did not say legal aliens who have gone through our legal system and become legal citizens, but instead, the ACLU wants to represent ILLEGAL actions. While it can be debated whether a particular person raped another, stole from another, killed another, etc., the illegal alien ADMITS to being an illegal alien and does not apologize for not returning to Mexico until he/she can enter legally. The ACLU also wants American citizens to pay for illegal alien's medical costs, education, and to stop employers and mayors from determining if a person is an illegal alien in the first place. The ACLU's position is that the illegal alien is really a good person at heart and an essential part of American fabric-or that they should be granted citizenship ahead of thousands of others who have NOT chosen to violate the law and stayed in their nation waiting for acceptance as a legal citizen.

Thus, it seems that, until the federal government wishes to step in and arrest such university presidents of both CONSPIRACY to commit the federal crime of aiding a known felon or suspected felon and of aiding and abetting a known felon, the laws in this nation will be considered part of vegetable soup and taken as we want, putting aside the laws we do not want to obey.

IT is my guess that the illegal Mexican community in the US, and the salary saving employers who are breaking hiring laws, are the ones financing the ACLU or those attorneys representing such law breakers or are financing the political campaigns of the illegal "camps." [People do not take any actions without some form of motivation.]
