5. CHRONIC PAIN AND INFLAMMATION.
It is quite likely that the majority of people actually suffer from one sort of chronic pain or other, whether it is headaches, muscle or joint pains, or pain which they may not even know the origin of.
Both infection and inflammation contribute to pain. Infection is when the body is invaded by foreign agents, like a virus, bacteria or fungus. Inflammation on the other hand, is the body's response to injury, and could include overuse of the joints like in the case of arthritis.
It would be good to remember that dietary fats works inflammation in hand since it converts to some of the metabolic substances that promote inflammation. In any case of inflammation, take omega 3 oils, found in cold water fish like sardines, salmon, tune and herring.
Take care with instant coffee since it is believed that it has substances that block the receptor sites onto which our bodies own painkillers, endorphins, link. Try to establish the link with the pain - apart from painkillers there is much that can be done to avert the pain, before consulting a doctor.
