Memoirs: Depression

Friend and Foe Alike.
(friend)
Many times have I called the beast from its deep cavern rest misrepresenting the very fury innate to the sickness itself. As cowardly a man could be twas I as hunkered own behind those claws outstretched and raging yet timely to my dispense, sadly indeed.
It's drear, make no qualms, had firmly devoured my emotional stability, as if I the blood dewy piece of gore proportioned, yet I was also medicated effectively and was still sufficiently disturbed enough to play my "hide and seek" at will. Regardless I brought only further devastation upon myself and knew well that such deviance fed the disease while undermining any remedial inroads we had accomplished to that point.(I refer to the word "we" while yielding effort and success more accurately apportioned to my doctor than myself) Nevertheless when necessary I used the diseases' flexed muscle to the benefit of my end. Constantly on-guard as if some seedy centurion I waited for another of life's miscreants to cross and then infuriate this tumultuous field of play, or more accurately perhaps, this field of battle. Seldom was I disappointed however and the downward spiral of natures gravitational forces obliged the cycle

one upon another.

How strange it seemed to alarm the senses when the first yet distant and ever so slightly prevailing a most pleasing scent appeared. Ti's a force I battled perpetually one insurmountable and superior in every way; well beyond mortal, well beyond mortal opposition I was victim removed from hope of victory yet knew not how to surrender or abridge it's strength or powerful threat.
A man alone is a man defeated and I the remnant soul. What a methodical annihilation it was indeed. Piece by piece the armor was disposed of until naked, exposed and slaughtered the torture was in the ease of deceit, the avail to vanity and the eventual comedic trespass of sense
soul and spiritual disgrace as the audience summonsed encore..encore...
Redress is never an option more than perhaps a saving grace as it pertains to humility; if one seeks to gather however the residue in tragic response keepsake, or properties of prudent devise
so shall the outcome be. The attack though was not merely opposition by the more cardinal allies for the mind is never excluded from the deadly insurgence that has overthrown a kingdom.
Once the residue, the remains the deep crimson pools of blood are drained and meld amid a rivers
legendary banks as if a cauldron en capturing a souls seeping, a spirits spewing essence a heart's
lavish and lusting flow as well as the mind's fluidly resolve, the matter must mollify and
dissolve again back to where it first became. O deep and fatal torture, adieu!
