You were given much thought although you may not think so. You even had a name Kristina Nicole. Even though you are not here anymore and I decided not to keep you does not mean you are not important.
I decided to give you the chance of happiness. A chance never to be hungry and never to be as helpless as me. A chance not to be judged. No angels care that your mother is a teen and your father a rapist. You can live in pure joy without having a care yourself.
Beside Jesus you have a chance, a chance and decision that was hard for me to make. I wonder how you'd be and how you'd talk and grow. I wonder if you'd be brave and spunky or quiet and sweet? I wonder if I'd be able to love you like you deserve to be loved or would I just whimper with terror every time I looked at you? I wonder if you'd forgive yourself even though you've done nothing wrong or would you hold hatred for yourself? I wonder if you never knew the truth would you still make it?
I didn't do it because I hate you nor did I do it not to give you a chance but I did it because it was the best chance I could give my dear Kristina. You can live in happiness for eternity and no one can take that away. One day we'll meet and I'm sure it will be one of the happiest times in mine and your life. The day my life begins with Jesus you'll be waiting. I'm sure by then I will have forgiven your father.
