I say Yes. But it is as long as the organization continues to make good decisions relative to its strengths and weaknesses. The Browns last year were awful on both sides of the ball . So I suggest building Offensively.And they made a few moves in the right direction so far draft trade wise. Now rebuilding with the QB , line, backs,then receivers to rotate in some fresh blood they will need. I feel 3-4 years ago they were a decent defensive team and just as that developed they were still unable to put up points. But since then they let the "D" slip and done nothing much with their "O" development. Therefore until they can score they won't be able to stop anyone soon.Their defense will be tired every game cause they have no offense. So I say start playing Quinn soon like the 4th to 6th game this year. They got some receiving talent hold on to it. Get a few linemen developed along with your future QB and whatever RB's on hand . The line is key what you have in the Offensive line strengthens with your skilled guys. Draft more Liners both O and D. Your Db's grow with chemistry and fill DB weakness with free agents etc. And I'd say yeah 3 years of this and 2010 maybe 2011 the Browns will stop losing. Oh yeah one other thing take a lesson from a few successful teams keep your Coaches and Management efficiently working and without a lot of turnover .You got a good Coach with some winning history behind him for sure. Now give that a chance to transfer over to this Team. And no more Tim Couch moves OK? And yeah the Browns will at least stop losing........As much.
