"Renting or buying a home" is a common question for newly weds nowadays.Before they want to get married,they will think of financial and a house planning.Usually men will take his responsibility to provide a home and income for the wife.If the wife is also working,they will discuss on financial and home planning together to provide a better future together.

On buying or renting a house,it depends on the individual's life.This is an optional for all people depends on their own decision.Different people have different lifestyle.There are advantages and disadvantages which concerns lots of people.What concerns them is whether their income is enough to buy or rent a house.

Renting a house:
Most people who rent a house like to move around for business purpose.Sometimes there are people who do not have a stable job will rent a house.Likewise in Singapore,the residents have to be working in a stable job for 2 years then they will be able to buy a house.
The advantage of renting a house is that it's a much more better way to save money.Renting a house does not need to buy so much household things as it's difficult to carry many things to move around.Whatever things that are spoiled in the rented house is not the tenant's responsibility but it's the owner of the rented house responsibility.For businessmen who works with contract moving around,they will definitely rent a house because it saves their money and it is the easiest way of life.
The disadvantage is that most people will think negatively towards you if you are already married but you rent a house especially your parents-in-law and your own parents.They will think that your husband do not have a stable job and they will start talking on how your husband will cope a better future for you and your children.

Buying a house:
People usually buy a house when they have a family.Parents will really want to show good examples to their children.They definitely do not want their children to think why they rent a house instead of buying a house.They also do not want their children to think low about their parents of having a low income.Buying a house is where your family can live peacefully together in a house for how long you decide to a better future.
The advantage of buying a house is that you can loan from a bank if you do not have enough money.You can pay back to the bank anytime as long as you have good income and a stable job.You can live happily with your family under one roof like forever and think no worries about housing
