how to protecs your kids en they go on the internet without adult permission.
contact your Internet provider and ask them if they can put a block on websites which could be a threat to your child's safety or a ban on sites you don't wan t your kids to go on or are for adult use only.
if you would like to keep your kids safe from outside exposure sites you should put a ban on sites like my-space bebo these are site targeted by strangers who could be perverts or even worse murders.
We did a topic in our it lessons at school about things like this and in one girls case who we studied a random person managed to get a girls instant email account address and get to know her over the course of a month ,and he got enough information to find out what school she went to and what time she finished school and what days she played softball after school and even , where she lived.
I know you will be thinking oh this will never happen to any of my kids or even me but i assure you it is quite a regular thing which happened and whilst you can you should take the precautions and do so
>contact Internet provider
>put ban on exposure site e.g my-space bebo
>if any thing happens like in my true story contact the police immediately
