Fresh fruit is not only eye appealing, but it is good for you! Most people do not eat enough of it. Often the problem is we become bored, because we tend to buy the same kind of fruit over again. Some fruit can be pricey, and who wants to try something new if we will not like it? Here is an easy recipe that will compliment most any kind of fresh fruit. If you have kids, this is a great way to get them to try a new fruit.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes and a half hour refrigeration time

Ingredients:
*1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
*1 package (3.9 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding mix
*2 cups cold milk
*fresh fruit, cut to dipping size

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer, on low speed, until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Gently mix dip before serving. Serve with fruit for dipping.

Serving Suggestions:
1. For kids, try making fruit kabobs. Wooden skewers can be purchased at most stores where kitchen accessories are sold. Kids will love making their own kabobs to dip.
2. For a different twist on the flavor, try adding a teaspoon of your favorite flavored extract to the dip when mixing.
