How do you move on after the death of a loved one

Losing someone that you love can be the hardest thing in the world, knowing that however much you want to you will never see that cheeky smile looking at you.
You think that you will never stop feeling so down and that if you do it means that you've forgotten them..........
But it doesn't, it just means that you are trying to move on, i mean i lost my friend to a rare type of cancer called desmoplastic round cell cancer, he was 15 he did not deserve that and as soon as i read that text off his mum i was inconsolable so i have no idea how she must have felt.
Even though nothing that anybody said to me made me feel better thats fine its grieving, but my friends death made me realise that nobody knows how long they have to live, so you have to live each day to the maximum, life is to short to waste arguing with the people you love and that love you because if truth be told you might not see them again.

I think that it is the only real way to move on
