BEING HAPPY IN YOUR LIFE
Man is in constant pursuit of happiness without which his life becomes a black-hole that has no meaning and purpose. It is imperative and a must for you to be happy because your happiness will bring fulfillment, unfolding of your potential and the discovery of the immense capacity that is within you to enjoy life.
You were born to be happy and you were meant to be. Happiness is not the reserve of some lucky few but the reserve of all who desire it. You want happiness? I will show you in a nutshell how to start experiencing it now.
When things are going on well and you are moving from one step of fulfillment to another you feel happy. But when things are not going the way we expected or wanted suddenly we feel not happy. First happiness or unhappiness is a life indicator of a deep personal feeling within us which approves or disapproves and gives us the green light or warning when we are heading in the right or wrong direction in life. This means within us our deep consciousness knows exactly what is right for us or not such that any violation or misdirection will call for a warning within us causing us to feel unhappy. Whether you are happy or unhappy I want you to know these are guides that are useful in alerting us whether our life is doing well or not.
But people will tell you what they are happy about when they are happy. Someone will tell you that she is happy with her marriage, car, finances, romance, family, children, job, career etc. This means at any one time when one of the facets of your life is growing and doing well you will feel happy. But when one of the facet e.g. marriage, job etc, is not doing well you will feel unhappy. So what do we do to guarantee our happiness? Discover and evaluate the different facet or aspects of your life and start working on each facet one at a time. This means that you will make a short-term and long-term goal plan for each aspect and you can start working on each a little at a time. Once you do that your life will start experiencing more happiness and approval than never before.
Secondly happiness is a state of mind or body. Because when you are happy you picture certain images, listen to or say certain words and feel in a certain way. Once you adopt the point of view of happinessseeing happiness, hearing happiness and feeling happiness you will begin experiencing that state called happiness.
