Is trusting in yourself the same as believing in yourself

Is trusting in yourself the same as believing in yourself? Or is there a subtle difference between trusting and believing?

How can I obtain the courage and trust and strength to live my own truths and believe in them? I seem to be able to know some of my own truths but I still don't believe in them really. Maybe for us humans knowledge and truth comes first and then belief comes to energise the knowledge and truth afterwards. Belief and trust go hand in hand am I right here with this type of thinking? If I am right we don't have to try to belief anything, just to seek knowledge and truth or to seek the Kingdom of God first as the bible says and then belief will arise and come out from the knowledge and truth we obtain or recognise. Truth doesn't have to be believed, for if we feel it and know it by it's very resonance in our heart and our soul belief becomes unnecessary as we just know, and when we know we will find after all we then believe as well. The ability to believe comes attached to truth, but truth doesn't have to be believed to be truthful. Truth contains belief but belief does not always contain truth. So my advice is to seek truth first and your beliefs will come out from your truth because they are a part then of your truth and are attached to them.

You have seen it right you know I said to myself. You have knowledge and truth always available to you. It is your own acceptance of your truth and your knowledge and the wisdom you have developed from experience coupled with your knowledge and truth that is really belief. Belief is really about owning and accepting yourself. Trust is the same as belief really in that trusting your own truths and wisdom is always inferring that you believe in them . Trust and belief come sitting together, but perhaps belief is the energy that drives trust. Belief will bring trust to you, but trust alone and you might still not believe that you can do it. Trusting is a part of loving. You trust God and you believe in God and you love God. Trusting in yourself is more a sign of loving God and believing in God and trusting God, than believing in yourself. You can trust yourself to do something without believing in yourself because you have a belief in God. What you don't know is that when you believe in God and love God, really you are also believing in yourself and loving yourself. We are the last to know this, as it is so hard to admit a belief in ourself and to love ourself. Never mind it really, that's why God wants you to love him first, believe in him and trust him always. When you do this fully even partially, self believe, self love and self trust will eventually start to come out from yourself without you even knowing. You will just start feeling a little better, feeling a little stronger and owning your own truths a little more. When this starts to happen don't doubt it any more, you are starting to love yourself a little more and believing in yourself a little more and trusting yourself a little more. And little builds onto little and strength onto strength and you will feel better stronger and eventually live your own truth more fully completely and share it and your wisdom to others. The whole creation is set up for this sharing of truth and wisdom to take place, this is God's sole reason and purpose for creation. For love to connect you to yourself, for you to believe in your own truths and share the wisdom of your truth experienced in your life and coupling with the knowledge revealed and obtained to bring you maturity of soul which is wisdom, my friends.
