BULLYING!
Bullying takes place in many situations. Such as within' the home, in the school ground, even at work!
The Bully obviously gains something from doing as such, but thats not what this is about. This is about the victim, the person being intimidated.
The Victim doesn't have to do much in order for the bullying to develop into a repetitive occurrence. If this occurs once & the victim shows signs of weakness &/or signs that it has effected them in ANY way, it could simply begin to occur on a monthly, weekly or even a daily basis!
The bully goes through with this nonsense as it may them feel good about ones self, because they can or simply because they want to prove that they are the superior being.
Regardless of the reason, this is not & should not be accepted! retaliating will not solve anything, it just proves you are as low as that person. Contacting someone whom is in charge may work, although the problem often slithers back into place some time afterward. In my opinion, the victim is the better person & the better person should not act as improperly as the bully. As a last resort, contact the local authority & file a complaint against the person.
