I don't know about being banned, but it is your freedom and right to point and laugh.
After all, some of them do look like rodeo clowns. All they need is a little makeup. Wait, maybe I have something there. Clothes 10 times too big,(check). Giant pants,(check). $300 sneakers with the tongues hanging' out,(check). Goofy hat turned sideways,(check). Silly gold teeth,(check). Accessories with some giant fake/bling jewelry,(check). Bammm, the only thing missing is the clown makeup.

I've seen kids waiting to cross the street all holding their crotch and talking on cell phones. It is pretty funny to watch them running across the street when they get the chance. I never laughed so hard the day I saw some kid hobbling through the mall to catch up with his friends when his pants fell to his ankles. To top it off, he fell flat on his face and smashed his cell phone. Man, I wish I had a camera that day.
