When you think diet, what exactly comes to mind. Most think about endless hours at the gym or starving themselves to look like a super model. But the real truth is that millions of people in the united states are so confused by all the headlines about the miracle pill or the super diet drink. But most people in the world will tell you that they have tried a diet and maybe it worked for a little while but then the weight came back or that it it did not work at all.
There are doctors that suggest that that people can eat smaller portioned snacks throughout the day and that you will lose weight faster but are able to keep it off.
The specialists suggest that a persons metabolic metabolism is the cause for weight gain and that eating smaller meals throughout the day may make an increase in metabolism so that you lose weight at the right speed and safely.
bu then you can also look at people thinking "why am I getting Bord with this diet or I feel starving all the time?" The reason that some may feel this way is that when people get over enthusiastic about a diet but then feel that they were hungrier than before or that the diet may not be working is that people sometimes get discouraged and then do what is called binging 'a problem where you feel starving and then eat to much to compensate for the food you feel like your losing by dieting."
The easiest thing to do is talk to your doctor and discuss with him/her your feelings about your weight. He/she should be able to tell you what you can do about your particular weight problem or if you even have one. But do remember that weight is different for everyone. Your height,age,family backgrounds, or health issues could effect your particular weight. And just because you think your "fat" does not necessarily mean that you are. It might just mean that your seventeen and want to look like a beach babe.
