Yes, the belt-less pant, showing boxers or a whale tail, should be banned, because when we think of the reasons that this form of fashion is used, we realize that it is not as important as we thought. The reasons are as follows:
1) Fashion started in the prison system, as a sign that the Wearer was
available for other men to approach.
2) Will this fashion be appropriate to wear to work or school? No, most
professional environments will not allow this type of dress.
3) The school systems are now turning to uniforms to curtail the
exploitation of skin and body parts.
In summation, just because a fashion is introduced to society, we as a respectful people should use our discretion and select fashions that we can use in more than one venue.
