Faith can be blind, or Faith has the sight of experience(s).
Blind Faith is a thing of religion and often dangerous. It leads to a following of leaders rather than Faith in oneself and a higher entity, or God. Following religious leaders often leads to fanaticisms and twists of the religious truths themselves.
Faith found by examining personal experience leads to a knowledge that there is an existence beyond the physical.
There IS good in all religions that serve the One God of All. The Creative thought which produced the original creation. However, this "God" often misrepresented and guidance by humankind is that misrepresentation. "One man's food IS another man's poison."
Individual seeking Faith for the self in experience, will guide himself or herself to a singular fact. Each individual on this earth IS a creation in and of the self. Each individual on this earth has a "Purpose. A purpose often obliterated in following the leader, for we tend to put our "Faith" in that "Purpose" which a human leader assigns to us.
"Muslims" tend to follow Faith in leaders claiming that executions and killing of one another and foreigners is truth. "Truth" based on obscure interpretations of writings said to fall under "family structure", "Will of Mohammad", and such.
"Christians" are often no different when following a "Blinded Faith" in leaders.
It is not that organized religions are a "bad" thing. For they are stepping-stones that help guide one's behavior upon this earth. However, once one has found conflict and hypocrisy, it is a mistake to follow such a course. One, who has been "taught" by organized religion, should then learn to separate that which is truth from that which is false. It is time to move on.
There is "Good" in all religions that serve the One God of All. However, there is also "Evil". For "Evil" is nothing more or less than "Good which is used for selfish/destructive Purpose". "Evil" is not our Purpose. When we follow a "Faith" based upon twisted "Good", we are following a "Blind Faith".
True "Faith" is a learning by experience that "Why am I", humankinds seeking a relativity with the Universe; leads to an awakening. All things surrounding us are "creation". That humans, and only humans, also have this power of creation. Creation is the "link" to our Purpose in this Universe.
That individual in its cause is our true Purpose. The auspice of "Faith"
