Brandy Sour and Brandy Daisy

To Make a Brandy Sour

2 oz Brandy
1 Lemon
1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 Cherry

Optional:
Decorative Picks, Umbrellas or anything else to suit your theme!

Start by cutting the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice out of 1/2 and put into your strainer. Add Brandy, powdered sugar and ice into the juice. Shake well and strain into a wisky sour glass. Now take the other half of the lemon and slice it in to thin pieces to decorate the glass. Top with the cherry and other decorative pieces and serve!

To Make a Brandy Daisy

Us the same recipe as the Brandy Sour but you will need 1/2 Grenadine. Combine the Grenadine at the same time you combine the other ingredients.

Note: Each recipe will make one serving. Adjust the contents to meet your needs and taste. Enjoy!
