All the religions have their own specialities and features. 'Hinduism' too has its own very special qualities and features and one of the is the 'yoga'.
'Yoga in Hinduism' is a traditional practice taught by specialists trained from ancient times which keeps the health and specially our minds balanced, healthy and at peace.
Present times have nearly brought about a revolution in 'Hinduism' in prcaticing 'yoga'. Nearly every city now have opened training centers and schools, health clubs for practicing this marvellous health remedy. The only reason being that even the most incurable diseases like cancer and stroke are being completely cured if one practices 'yoga' regularly. Yes ! its true and has been proved too.
Now a brief view about how to practice yoga. For practicing yoga one has to be under the guidance of an expert otherwise it can have adverse consequences too. Main practices in yoga are the breathing, stretching and meditation. How to do them can be easily learnt by an expert which are now opening their centers everywhere in India as well as abroad.
Hence my friends wish you happy and healthy living through 'YOGA'.
