How to help your child with science

Many students struggle with the subject, Science. However, there are some ways you can help that student study science. Science is a very complicated subject, but it can be made easy through demonstrations and experiments. Demonstrate the science to your students with simple things. For example, let's say you are studying about potential and kinetic energy; and your child does not understand that. Take two balloons ,and let the child blow up the balloons. However, do not tie up the bottom of the balloon. Explain to your child that potential energy is stored energy. Tell her that the air is stored in the balloon, and that the air is waiting to be released from the balloon. Take the other balloon, and tell your child that kinetic energy is energy that is in action. After saying that, release the balloon into the air. As soon as you release it , the balloon should be flying all over .
Wherever you go, teach students science. Now I do not mean that you have to carry the science textbook with you all the time. Teach her whenever you have an opportunity. For example, let us say that the day is really hot; and your child is complaining because of the heat. Tell her howhot the sun is , and how it is a star located ninety-nine million miles away. Nevertheless, the light and the heat from the sun travels to the earth. Talk to her about ultraviolet radiation, and how it can cause cancer. Doing this, will greatly increase the amount of knowlege your child will have in science.
This is how you teach students science. Without demonstrations , experiments, drawings, and pictures, students cannot comprehend science; and science will be a boring subject to them. Use demonstrations, experiments, drawings, pictures ; for this makes science interesting to them. Who knows ? Maybe your child would be the next great scientist of the world.
