In the time of fast forwarding, don't u feel like u have lived shorter than you did? I do so; in that sense, I feel like younger than I am. I am 36 years old. I still feel like a young adult! I spent most of my life with competing for education and work. I recently got chance to got married and just had a baby! Running in fast forwarding life I was busy with catching the train!

We are living in the world of choices. Knowledge has never been grown so much. We are spending more time to get educated, more time competing each other, get a better job..More time to look for the right person. Comparing previous generations we are getting married in older ages. For those of us who go to university, second decade is more for searching about what we really want for our lives . As medical knowledge has grown we are able to treat many sicknesses used to make us disabled or die .So we live longer. We have chance to get more nutritious diet . Anti age strategies are developing . With cosmetics and surgery we have better chance to shape ourselves and look younger. We care more for sports, exercising and healthy living. Diets are must in this decade. We have to look better too to compete others. We care what we wear on. Don't u find yourselves looking at the junior outfit at shopping? Don't u try to find clothes makes u look younger?

How often people try to guess your age, and when they think u look younger , don't u have a big smile on your face? I do! That makes me happy! So I get more motivation to even look younger!

How common it has become especially for women to be with younger guys? It is acceptable now though we still like rumors!

Yes life just begin at 40's at these decades. I still feel like I have much to do, lot to learn, I got to live longer I got to live better, I have to make myself not only look or feel younger, I also am changing my biological cell structure .I believe that, cause whatever we make for ourselves, whatever step we take, they effect our genes too.

Are we creating a generation beyond their time, defeating the beast?
