No, no and, no. My proof, there are colleges out there that don't ask for a SAT or even an ACT, but yet the students graduate and become successful. Sure a test can show that you know the knowledge, however can I ask how many people who went to high school ACUALLY REMEMBER ALL OF WHAT THEY STUDIED? Another proof is that based on a friend's experience, who went to ITT Tech, they didn't even take the ACT or SAT, but the requirements are to have a such and such ACT score. All they were told to do is take a practice test, not to see if you know the curriculum, but to see if you were highly interested and motivated in the career that involved them taking ITT. And guess what? They're already a sophmore there. Basically anyone can learn anything no matter what their education level, it just matters on if you have the determination to take that course to reash your goal.
