I'm completely convinced that Batman would win! I mean don't get me wrong superman has the extraordinary powers that no ordinary man has. The guy has super strength, can see through walls, and the one superpower that everyone wants to be able to do, and thats fly!
But thats it. Batman has the money, the gadgets and the Brain power to back everything up. if there is a problem he can figure it out, no matter how hard it is,
even on the justice league it was batman they sent to do all the hard problems too weather it was just something simple or had to do with the computers that ran the tower they used.
When it comes down to fight between the man of steel and the Dark Knight; and which they have in a few comics. it would be Batman he would do everything in his power to win weather it was dirty or fair. and we've all seen Batman do what it takes to catch the bad guy or get a bad guy to give up some valuable information that would greatly help him or the justice league. so what would stop him from doing the same in a fight with superman. nothing! were superman wouldn't go full strength for fear of hurting batman cause he was human and fragile then he is. but lets look at some of Batman's villain's. they are twice as messed up in the mind as superman villains are though I'm sure superman has those few lunatics. But Superman has to deal with the Joker and two face! of cruse lets not forget poison Ivy and Cat woman!
Plus all one would have to do with superman all you really have to do is get some Kryptonite and use it against him and he's out. were as Batman who could be bloody up, with broken bones and most likely head injuries. he is still going to get up and fight! you can't beat that! my opinion no matter what Batman would win cause he would find someway of figuring out how to win!
