Until Americans have had some female presidents, this question cannot be answered definitively for the USA. However, if the question were about members of congress or other roles, there might be enough actual historical evidence to respond. Of course, there have been female heads of government in other countries and doing research there be instructive.

Overall, I truly believe that the individual differences between people are inevitably greater than the general differences between males and females. However, there is empirical data to show that attitudes on different subjects can be different between males and females. As such, it seems reasonable to expect that there might be measurable differences between male and female presidents.

Based on pure intuition, I would tend to believe that female presidents might be less prone to risky and adventuristic foreign wars, because of they have likely been mothers and thus tend to be more empathetic of the suffering that war involves. Additionally, women presidents likely would be more concerned about the "soft" subjects of education and health-care. On the other hand, women presidents might not have as much of the hard skills in economic policy determination and promotion of technological advancement. Of course, these are merely gut-level impressions and not based on any empirical data.
