Gaining weight is almost as hard as loosing weight some people and this could only be done by following a healthy diet. If you just try to gain weight by eating lots of candy or sweets in a few weeks you will probably loose all the weight you gain.
Here are some things you should try:
1) You have to take things slowly and gain weight over a period of time and you have to set an achievable goal ahead of you to improve your motivation like for example gaining 1kg in a month.
2) Eat healthy food regularly whenever you can like for example fresh fruits and vegetables to provide you with the essential vitamin and minerals your body needs.
3) Always have dessert.
4) Adding unsaturated oil such as olive oil will also help you gain weight.
5) Try drinking grape juice often.
6) Add milk to your Coffe or tea and drink a lot of milky juices as milk contain fat which will help you gain weight.
7) Eating 3 meals a day and healthy snacks in between will also help you gain weight. Here are some snacks you might choose from:
a) Fresh or dried fruit
b) Cereal or cereal bars
c) Milk, yogurt drinks or smoothies
d) Flapjacks, scones or fruit buns
e) Dried Nuts and seeds
f) Pots of rice pudding, custard or yogurt
g) Pasteurized cheese and crackers
8) Remember to regularly exercise as although exercise do burn calories it will provide a lean shaped body with the weight gain.
