How to eat well on the run

Good planning along with the purchase of three very useful portable items has allowed me to always, eat well on the run. If you desire to eat nutritiously, within a short sphere of time try a few of these ideas. They have worked well for me.

Purchase the following portable items. 1. Get yourself a nice sized lunch cooler. 2. Buy a thermos for your hot or cold drinks. 3. Purchase a small soup size thermos for soups. 4. Last on your portable item list should be plastic cutlery and food containers.

Now your ready to pack things you like to eat that are healthy. No need to stop at a fast food drive through or even a variety store. Why? Because you have thought ahead.

Pack pleasant healthy items like protein bars, fruit, or oatmeal bars. Bored with sandwiches, take soup instead. Cut up some favorite vegetables and bring some dip. Cheese and crackers are a good choice too. Yogurt and nuts take up very little space and are also tasty. You can also use your soup sized thermos for chili, and even stew.

Vary your packed items daily always keeping nutrition in mind. With a little before ahead planning and portable items for your food, eating on the run can be like a little picnic everyday. You will enjoy better health and save money also.
