The signs of a cheating spouse are very obvious especially after the event.However unless you have an extremely suspicious nature, and then maybe it is you with the problem,your instincts that something is not right will be the first definite sign.

10 SIGNS THAT HE MAY BE CHEATING ON YOU.

1 He starts all of a sudden paying more attention to his appearance.He starts losing weight,grooming himself better,buying clothes,changing his haircut.

2 He starts having more sex or less sex with you.He may have some new moves he wants to suddenly try!

3 He starts finding fault with you that is seemingly out of the blue.Mentally,he wants to shift blame to you to justify his own behaviour.Or conversely he is extra nice to you,helping out more or buying you a gift.This makes it so much more painful when you eventually find out the truth.

4 He starts coming out with odd statements which seem at odds with what you know about him.
eg.If we met now,we probably would not marry.This is nullifying the marriage to justify the affair.

5 Linked to this is his suddenly expressing opinions on anything; like politics for instance,that you did not know he had even after many years together.He has obviously been having in depth discussions with someone else.He may suddenly express a view of wanting to sail around the world or start reading books he would not normally have given the time of day,or start reading, when before he never picked up a book from one year to the next.

6 Spending long hours on the net late at night or not coming to bed until you are well asleep.He may be on the phone or net after you go to bed.No matter how late you go to bed,he is always later.Linked to this,you may get a lot of hang-up calls at home.This could be the woman hoping to get him or just a need to hear his voice on the answer phone or maybe to hear yours to hear what your voice is like.Remember she will be hoping to hear signs that you are not a unit or obsessing about him and you together.He is hurting both women but she is not your responsibility.

7 Expressing sudden interest in time alone or going away alone.Or he may suggest you go on holiday with the children or with your friends when previously he would have been sulky about you going away without him.

8.Being a little bit later home every or most nights.Even a regular hour later is suspicious.

9 Talking a lot about a woman even in seemingly innocent ways.He may even criticise this person!He thinks this is throwing you off the scent while giving him the opportunity to still talk about her as it will be occupying a lot of his thought time.

10 He may start listening to old love songs from his youth when since then ,he had only listened to Bruce Springsteen!

These are the main clues to a cheating husband's behaviour.One change in itself may not be conclusive but taken together,they add up.However only confront when you are sure beyond doubt and then only when you are sure about what you want to do about it.You must have an action plan and if you think it means the end of your marriage,you need to be ready for it mentally and practically.
