Dreams and nightmares

Dreams and Nightmares:

I am aware of dreaming many dreams over all of my currently 50 years of existence here on our Earth. In all that time I have never had a dream I could describe as a nightmare. I have never been frightened or scared in any of my dreams or of my dreams. Even as a teenager I remember dreaming of "Boogy" men as we called them back then breaking into our house with guns. They would threaten to shoot me in my dream and I would always say go right ahead. And sometimes they did shoot me in the dream, but somehow to me I have always been aware that my dream is only a dream. Maybe because of this, I was never afraid to do things that I would be really afraid of doing in my real life, in my dreams.

I also have many reoccurring themes in my dreams and am often dreaming of looking for a toilet in my dream. This recurring dream theme is a bit annoying by its very repetitiveness and is perhaps like a nightmare to me, as I dread it coming up again sometimes.

What could it mean that I am always dreaming about toilets and wanting to find a toilet in my dream, then the one I find is usually too crowded or too dirty for me to use. Like last night in my dreams the first toilet I located was unclean and very dirty. In the second there was a man sleeping on the floor in the room next to the toilet and I also felt uncomfortable about using it in the dream. How can we start understanding our dreams in relation to our life?

Dreams, ah dreams of toilets. What could that possibly mean? Well it would mean for me that I have trouble finding myself. The toilet is representing my inner self. Maybe I think it is bad, or someone else is running or controlling me. The inner self is your soul and is trying to express it self through dreams. Toilets to the soul simply means connecting with the physical. These toilet dreams mean for me that my subconscious is trying to get through but my mind thinks that what it is saying is useless fodder and belongs in the toilet. This is a literal translation. We can understand our dreams and our life by understanding our thinking. Our thinking is governed by our immediate feelings and mood. If we recognise our mood, we should try to raise our mood and so this will help to raise our thinking.

Toilet dreams could also mean I need to let go of some of the traumas from my past and flush them away now.

Even my wife told me she also has toilet dreams. In one she dreamed of being in a toilet and there was a long queue
