Uses for Basil
Article ToolsWhen we talk about herb and spicy food. We always think about asian or mexican foods. What the herb that we know and always see in spicy dish? The answer is Basil. Everybody knows how good of Basil for healthy. Today, I will write about the basil menu that is very easy and you can cook.
Basil Chicken Stir.
Ingredients :
- basil 1/2 cup
- ground chicken 1 cup
- ground garlic 1 spoon
- ground chili 1 spoon
- pepper 1 spoon
- sugar 1/2 spoon
- soy sauce 3 spoons
- vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Methods :
1. Heat 1/4 cup vegetable oil in pan over medium to high heat.
2. Carefully add ground garlic, chili and chicken. Stir them until have smell.
3. Add basil, sugar, pepper, soy sauce. Stir them about 5 minute.
4. Taste and drain on the dish.
Suggestion :
Eat Basil Chicken Stir with steam rice.
