TOP 20 Make or Break Relationship Questions to ask yourself about your Dear Intended:

After the relationship has progressed to the SERIOUS (looking to marry) stage, these questions should be asked by both parties:

1. Do I want to spend all my time with this person?

2. Do they fill me with energy and strength, or do they drain and exhaust
me?

3. Do I respect this person's: - views of women/men/relationships/family

- views of race/religion/culture
- judgment about money, career, family
- core beliefs, morals, values

4. Do I accept this person as they are now?
(You can't change a person's core identity. This is the best they're likely to get! Make sure you can live with it!)

5. Do they accept me as I am?

6. Do I appreciate their strengths?

7. Do I accept their weaknesses?

8. Can we both admit we're wrong, forgive our mistakes and forget hurts and wrongdoing? (That's called COMMITMENT kids!)

9. Do we have a solid friendship with common interests and experiences?

10. Have we experienced the good AND bad times together and resolved conflicts successfully together?

11. Are we BOTH ready for marriage?

12. Do either of us see divorce or trial separation as a safety net?

13. Have we BOTH seen our relationship grow over time?

14. Have I got a deep understanding of my partner's desires and
needs?

15. Can I apologize to my partner without conditions?

16. Do I make sacrifices for my partner graciously?

17. Do I look forward to remaining faithful to my partner confidently?

18. Do I trust my partner completely?

19. Does my family see me act differently when I am with my partner?

20. Do I like myself better when I am with my partner?

Good luck - the hardest part is answering these questions honestly - which just goes to illustrate how much we are prepared to turn a blind eye to each other's faults. Ain't love grand?
