There are many days when I see faces that are really dull. Try using buffing cream, it revitalizes and tones the face to it's natural color. Buffing cream also removes the face of it's dead skin whhich dulls th eradiance of your face. Everybody should use face cleanser even if they don't get acne they should still use it. What those people don't know is that there IS dirt in their pores even if they can't see it it's there. That's why if those people don't use cleanser and buffing cream their face looks really dull and they don't know why, so they just cover it up with makeup. Makeup isn't bad to use for concealing the dullness of your skin but you shouldn't rely on it all the time. all it does is clog the pores even more. But makeup is a something good to temperarilly use, but you must remember to clean it of of your face. If you don't then there is no use of trying to cure the dullness problem. Another suggestion is to definilty eat apples! the color of the apple will brighten up your face! I really suggest red apples because they addd way more of a natural color and brightness to your face! They'll definitley work!
