How to properly care for your hair and scalp

So you want to take care of your hair? Is it dry, damaged, and harmed or just filled with dandruff? here are some tips to take care of your hair.

Sometimes your hair could be damaged because of the following reasons:

1.Your not using the right shampoo and conditioner for your hair
2.You dyed your hair a lot with permanent chemicals that can cause hair damage.
3.You didn't shampoo and condition right, which causes the hair to get dandruff and feel very thick and frizzy.

For getting rid of dandruff:My recommended shampoo is Head and Shoulders. This brand is famous for getting rid of dandruff and I think it works.I loved the results,It got rid of my dandruff fast.Any Head and Shoulders shampoo is recommended!

People who have frizzy hair and need relief:If your one of the people who have frizz, try John Frieda's Frizz-ease shampoos.Right now their giving out free samples of those shampoos.I tried it and It's really good..My frizz went away.

For those who have really damaged hair and need something strong to solve this:What is best recommended is to also try organic, chemical free and vegetable(this ingredient is really healthy). My recommendation is you try Jason Naturals. You just go order their shampoo online. It's really hard to get healthy shampoo these days on the market,so it's best to order them online (their cheaper).I've seen healthy shampoos, but their really expensive.Their average price is $5.00,some shampoos are cheaper, but when your buying organic and healthy,it's almost impossible to buy them on the supermarket.Healthy shampoos are for the people who have real damage in their hair,so for those who do,you need to spend some money in your pockets and buy some organic shampoos.

For hard, thick straw hair:You have to buy a hair treatment cream.Shampoos will only clean your head and make it healthier, but some don't,so I recommend a silk therapy cream or Redken's Extra soft cream..you can find it online. One the cream cover brand,it has a recycle sign.In my opinion,I say Redken is the best.I love it! I think it is a real good brand,I once had bad hair, but Redken had a solution! Their used on professionals.

Hair coloring addicts:What you need is to stop dyeing your hair.Hair dyes can conclude in massive hair loss and damage, plus cancer or leukemia. It is best to use temporary hair dyes.I think Loreal Color pulse will suit you because It lasts a long time and temporary.Warning:Don't heat or iron your hair because the color will bake in more and most ladies say it doesn't come off,so don't heat your hair while trying this.If you want highlights or lowlights, try to use Temporary color sprays.I recommend Jerome Russell temporary color sprays, which make the highlights look natural. You can buy it in Folica.com or in Walgreen's.Drugstores will do.
