Doing what relaxes me best,
is how I have to deal with stress,
when your wits are tested to their end,
and your back is broke from having to bend,
It's time for you to take a break,
go outside, take a walk, do whatever it takes,
Relax and breath, meditate just a little,
toot your horn, file your nails, or maybe just whittle.

STRESSED
The despair brought about
by mental confusion
more then upsets,
it is emotionally disruptive.
It is like fighting for
SANITIES BORDERLAND
Is madness a decision
Chosen by a weary soul
Who's finally lost all vision
And despaired of every goal?
