Poetry: Stress

by Sherry Sabbatis-ssphotoshop

Created on: August 25, 2007

is how I have to deal with stress,

when your wits are tested to their end,

go outside, take a walk, do whatever it takes,

Relax and breath, meditate just a little,
toot your horn, file your nails, or maybe just whittle.
