Doing what relaxes me best,
is how I have to deal with stress,
when your wits are tested to their end,
and your back is broke from having to bend,
It's time for you to take a break,
go outside, take a walk, do whatever it takes,
Relax and breath, meditate just a little,
toot your horn, file your nails, or maybe just whittle.

My mind floats with mindless madness not letting me rest for there is no peace.
It wanders back and forth searching

They surround me,
Press me to the wall,
Screaming my name.
