Not when society itself has not induced its natures operation.
Example; we all have high speed technology and we even pay our taxes with it.
Knowing this change is the best for all, to insure all governance in what is said to be a 'democracy' would be express, to insure the operation of its nature, would no longer be under faith nor trust
in them - as we could - at the push of a button - just get a new agent - to replace, those who were not honest or were just taking advantage of us by being lazy.
I would agree not all change would be good / like going to vote cards instead of buttons, is clearly, the most tragic thing I can recall.
I believe all changes can be good, when a moral majority, inspires it to be so - in-real-time - it's a sovereign thing you know = by god or by people!
Just like paying taxes - SO SIMPLE TOO!
Only in the 21st century - 'the past is now dead' the living must change their perspective and allow the light of the past to shine into a better future and change [we will] - under that authority!
