What were the effects of Hurricane Dean

> Article: WHY, OH WHY?
>
>Run-Run, it's coming! Many will die, and the destruction will be eminence. This is what people are yelling on both sides of the border. The border being referred to in this case is the Texas-Mexico border. The fear is the same on both sides of the border, and the destruction may be also. I'm talking about hurricane Dean. The hurricane is about to hit land in South Eastern Texas, and a large part of Eastern Mexico. We all know what this is going to mean in the United States. Of course the United States will take care of its people, and its infrastructure. It's what is going to happen next that infuriates me.

> The United States will give aid to Mexico, to help them in any way possible. We will not hold the Mexican government responsible for what they will do with this money. As Americans we give, and give. It seems to make us feel better when helping others. Many of us feel guilty if we don't help other's. Help our own, that's a different story. Please help that poor little Mexican boy that needs.......The poor little American people don't even rate as high on our list. Who knows how much money the corrupt Mexican government will skim off of the top. Do we really care? We can say we gave X - amount of money to help the Mexicans, that's what the United States does. Will Mexico, or other countries help us in times of need? The answer is quite simple. NADA! Maybe we should learn Spanish, and their customs should become our custom's. Nah, they still wouldn't give us any help. They don't even help their own. If they did, would millions cross the border for what ever reason.

Mexican gangs, let them go north. Mexican drug dealer's, let them go north also. Not every Mexican that comes to our country is looking for a job, and wanting to help his family. Unemployment in Mexico will have to go down. Can you just imagine what it would be like without NAFTA? We employ thousand's of their citizen's (in Mexico), and still so many try so hard to get to our country.

> Has Mexico ever done anything monetarily, to help the United States? My memory fails me, but I think not. Once again, we will be the givers, and another country is the taker. What Mexico will continue to give us is illegal aliens, drug dealers and kidnappings and terrorist's. Hurricane Dean will probably make more of the people cross the border to the United States, because what they had has been destroyed. What are we going to do about this situation?
>
> We will probably find a way to let
