Tips for keeping vegetables & fruits fresh

It is a nail biting challenge to keep fruit fresh long enough to sell it. Especially fruits such as areca, lychee, strawberry, loquat, waxberry, raspberry, and peach which spoil quickly after being picked. After transporting from the farm to the store, it must be priced low so it will sell quickly before it spoils. This results in low profit for the entire marketing chain from farmer to grocer. LKZL-F technology can keep fruit fresh for a long time. This increases the commodity value of the fruit and the business will get higher profit. The LKZL-F process does not include chemosynthesis or changes to the gene matter. Its componants are pure, crude, and natural. LKZL-F technology is currently being used on three crops lychee, strawberry, and winter vegetables.

LKZL-F Technology of Lychee (400 days) Lychee was originally produced in south China where it has a cultivation history of more than 2,000 years. The environmental conditions for lychee growth are very strict and require a special climate. As a result, the clime where lychee grows is narrower than other fruits of the subtropical zone. The fitting and proper places of lychee growth up are mostly distributed between 18C and 29C north latitude. But it grows best between 20C and 24C north latitude.

The LKZL-F technology of keeping lychee fresh (400 days) days has a huge market, and we have an abundant supply of goods. Only the big city people have fresh lychee to eat in china, many people don't. It takes about two days from picking to destination. The wholesale time is about five to six hours, fruit picked up at wholesale markets in the early morning is sold before noon and fruit picked up at noon is sold in the afternoon. Lychee will begin to decay and to deteriorate three days after being picked. At present, china uses air transport to export. That cost is very expensive, $8.50 per Kg, and each Kg of lychee needs 1 Kg of ice for transport. It also ships in refrigerated containers aboard a ship, it will take about 10 to 40 days, but the cost will be under 1.00 USD. At present, China exports less than 10 thousand tons.

Now that lychee can be kept fresh for 400 days, growers anywhere can send it any place in the world by ship which will significantly reduce the cost. This way all markets will be even larger. With an ample supply of lychee, companies with a LKZL-F regional monopoly can expand markets both by season and distance to gain high profits. We want the
