Poetry: Soccer

Passion is a feeling that grows n grows n grows
two great teams are on the pitch psyched up and ready to go.
20,000 reds and 20,000 blues each start to taunt each other,
the mouths are dry the tensions high the ref he runs for cover

the crowd sings with such joy as a header sets the standard
the reds are in the lead now and you should hear the crowd roar
the blues go tearing down the wing passing passing all the reds
the crowd jump up was that, red !ref, ref..half time whats the score

the blues they cheer there team back although moral is low
and the team take a look around and hear 20,000 singers
lifting there team ..shot..oooo yes yes shoot...ooooooow
the game just dies and the reds become the winners
