Other options include fully guided tours with overnight stays in a mountain side hut or return to an elegant resort for gourmet dinners and a soak in the hot springs.
If skiing isn't your game you can sit down and let the mushers do the work on your fully guided dog sled trip. Enjoy the entire peaceful backcountry experience nestled in the warm comfort of your sled. The only sounds you hear are the wind in the pines and the breathing of the dogs. Trips can be as short as a couple of hours or all day long.
Snowmobile and snowshoe trips are also easy to find. Rent your equipment and go on your own on one of the many trails or pick from a myriad of choices available for guided tours through the backcountry areas.
