Hurting
My heart feels empty, torn in two
Like a knife twisting deep inside.
I want so badly to believe you
but a part of me wants to run and hide.
I dont want to question everything you've ever said or done,
but to feel the safety you once gave me.

but to hear the promises you made to me.
I feel like im bleeding and my chest is open wide,
for everyone to see the hole you've left deep inside.
