I don't have have my top 5 favorite cereals, BUT there are 5 Cereal Brands out that that Super nutritious and taste good also.

1. Fiber 1 Cereal with honey Clusters - this is my favorite. Not only does it have hint of honey for the sweet tooth but it boasts almost 10 grams of fiber! The most fiber that I have ever seen in a cereal. Low in sugar and all the nutritional value packed in a good tasting cereal.

2. Kellogg's Raisin Bran - what can I say, the two scoops of raisins will satisfy any sweet tooth out there, plus it's got bran flakes - which also means FIBER

3. Vector cereal - This cereal has all the vitamins and minerals you need. Comparable to eating their vector bars. The clusters are always crunchy and the sweetness of this cereal is just right.

4. Rice Crispies - Snap, crackle, and pop!...always guilt free....

5. Kellogg's Vanilla Almond Cereal - This is great "snack" treat. I always feel great eating this as oppose to reaching for a slice of cake when i crave it. It's got the nice vanilla hint with the almonds and flakes. It tastes like you're eating dessert but it's out of a box. Definitely a must for those trying to quit desserts and trying to lose weight but still want that extra sugar kick in the afternoon!
