When carrying an extra person inside of you, feeling their hunger pangs as well as your own, it is easy to be overwhelmed and eat excessively. Which is normal for a pregnant woman, but there are several things that can be done to be sure you stay healthy during those nine months.
1. Walking is soothing for both you and the baby
2. Yoga is also a great way to keep off the extra weight that seems inevitable
3. Also look for water exercise classes at the local gym or YMCA
4. Try to maintain a diet of low fat and high fiber to that you won't be taking in too many "bad" calories
5. Eats lots of fruit and veggies and if you think you have a craving for candy, try to snack on a sweet fruit instead. Just because you're preggers, it doesn't mean you're invincible to fat. :)
Also, remember to not partake in any drugs or alcohol consumption of any kind while pregnant, so ensure the health of both you and your unborn child. And before doing any seemingly strenuous exercising, consult your doctor for the OK.
