Must we have an Rx for parsley, Oh my yes, you know it is a powerful diuretic? Let it loose, available over the counter in unmeasured amounts and we might all overdose on it.

Look out, those sunflower seeds contain that dangerous immunity boosting dietary element, zinc, better get an Rx for them.

Peanut butter should have a warning label, not for the allergies it may cause, but because it contains boron. Boron does your brain good, that might be dangerous. Heck, better make it a controlled substance after all it effects the brain. You'll need an Rx for that and sign here please.

Must we also get an Rx for watermelon, carrots and red peppers, they contain powerful antioxidants and the crushed seeds of the watermelon have been used as diuretics too. That sounds far too dangerous.

Careful, those potatoes contain potassium, that powerful salt can effect your muscles and heart! We'll need to restrict access to those spuds. you'll need to get a prescription for those mashed and french fries.

By the way, the corn growers better look out, that corn silk hanging from that ear of fresh corn is a diuretic too. We may need to have an Rx for that too. Otherwise only shucked, silk stripped corn will be available to us, frozen or in cans.

Don't let me get started on aspirin and caffeine, those two would never have made it through the FDA approval process today, we had better restrict their access fast. We'll make them controlled substances too.

We need to wake up, is there no longer any room in this grand country of ours. We in the USA are in desperate need of a large unregulated dose of common sense? We need to take a page from Germany. They have reinstated herbal cures and are successfully using them to lower the cost of health care as they care for the even the most fragile of their citizens very effectively.

Let me stop chocking on my tongue in cheek, long enough to make you aware of just one thing. We should all know that certain FDA approved pharmaceuticals have caused; liver failure, excessive bleeding, deafness, blindness or other disabilities, they have even caused death. The pharmaceuticals are harmful to the senior citizen, the parent, the growing child, the baby and the unborn fetus. Basically they are dangerous chemicals to be avoid when ever and where ever possible.

The FDA is producing lots of farm fresh fertilizer. We should wake up and spread it on the herb garden, not in in our capitol, Washington, DC. (The pharmaceutical industry has made sure that they have more than enough of their own there.)
