In business, nothing could be done only operated by yourself, unless the proprietorship such as the set up of design firm, plumber workshop, sales representative office etc., You may find out your working partner closely, by means of more depth discussion, change opinions, and accompany with him or her in times. You could feel what level of recognition in business development between you and partner.

The priority choice could be your family members or close relatives, as you know each other very well under roof about his/her characters, the handling methods of personal relationships, the attitudes of solving problems, how he/she tidy up about bedrooms, it's personal, so and so. If you disagreed his/her human behavior well, of course, you shall have lots of other choice, your schoolmates, close friends coping with same vision of business creation.
