The media, lawyers, and general public have been buzzing about a man that places a copyright (c) next to his name wherever he writes it. The 63 Billion dollar lawsuit man, pushed into the limelight by his lawsuit against Michael Vick.
Bloggers and reporters alike are having a fantastic time with Gino's misplaced words, and choice of subjects. He twists historical facts with live defendants, and wants dead rulers, entire organizations, celebrities, non-living items, and characters to appear in court.
Legally, his name is Jonathan Lee Riches (c), and he resides at a Federal Correctional Institution in South Carolina, but there is a particular group of us in the USA that would know him by his party-line personality, Gino Romano.
Sometime around 1999 he was the mastermind of so many comical telephone pranks and practical jokes, I still chuckle at the thought. I will share one with you.
Gino calls a garbage dumpster company and orders one to be delivered at an address in NY. He tells them to never-mind the car in the driveway as it is broken down and can't be used, and to place the large container in front of it. He then tells them to also never-mind his wife when she calls to complain about it, and not to come pick it up until the full week has gone by, no matter what. Once he determined the dumpster had been delivered, he called the house and let us all listen to how she screamed and persisted that they remove it immediately because it was blocking her car and she had to get to work.
While he entertained hundreds of people in a comic way, there were occasionally some on the receiving end of his temper. I heard people record apologies to him, and make recordings of anything he wanted them to say. I even heard a grown man cry after a series of cruel jokes.
The comical Gino R-O-M-A-N-O was always a pleasure to listen to, and it is NO surprise to me that the Internet is so full of talk revolved around him. He inserts little things here in there - in both his writing and speaking, that make people think he's an idiot, but I know for a fact that he does these things intentionally, either for the good laugh it brings, or just to see if you are paying attention.
Gino is a performer, and surely basking in all of this attention, as he was always one who loved to get it. If there wasn't any controversy going on, he would stir some by singing a song that he may even have copyrighted, "Gino controls you". If you are clever enough to find it, it IS his voice!
The lawsuit details can cause chest pain inducing laughter, and I highly recommend you look him up if you have not yet heard of him.

Hey, I have a picture of him somewhere, think I can sell it on Ebay?
