While there are hundreds of spas in Los Angeles, there is only one "destination spas." A destination spa is NOT your typical day spa or vacation style resort spa. It is a spa that is designed and dedicated to helping people change their lifestyles through fitness, nutrition and relaxation.

FITNESS

Your seven day package includes your fitness plan, a semi-private personal trainer, and unlimited use of the high tech state of the art fitness center. It is mandatory that you must participate in all of your 16 chosen exercises (which range from 15 minutes to 1 hour, including walking, hiking, swimming and numerous other physical activities you have to choose from.) each day, or you will be asked to leave, without a refund. Remember the purpose of a destination spa is to change your lifestyle through fitness, nutrition and relaxation.

NUTRITION

You will receive a personal nutritional consult, upon arrival. Nutritional classes and cooking classes are also mandatory. Three gourmet prepared meals a day, there motto is "Balance, Moderation and Variety"

LUXURY

A daily massage and have your choice of 15 other spa treatments (including facials, manicures / pedicures and other luxury type treatments) during your seven day stay.

RELAXATION

Medication, yoga, nature walks, spiritual classes and lectures by famous gurus.

The price of these lifestyle changes with a nice added touch of pampering is $7,000.00 per person.
