Should you begin Helium articles by repeating the article's title?
There should be nothing for or against beginning Helium articles by repeating the article's title. In fact, as a part of "Communicating 101", an element of free expression/speech (which is constitutionally protected in the U.S.), and a therefore perfectly legitimate option, yes we should be free to choose whether or not we begin any Helium articles by repeating the article's title, without violating some contrary rule.

Why? Because first of all, despite any lack of awareness and/or popular lack of practice, a basic rule of "Communicating 101", is indeed as follows: After letting the other person complete their thought or question, in order to let the other person know you are truly listening to what they are saying, demonstrate your necessary willingness to understand them correctly, and help prevent any misunderstanding, first repeat back to them their statement or question, and then proceed with your response (and the same thing is applicable if you are responding to a statement or question presented in writing).
True, there are those who are not aware of the above, and those who are aware but purposely or accidentally fail to practice it, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work that way, any more than when most people insisted that "the earth is flat, and the Sun orbits around the earth" at the same time when some people already knew that the earth is round, and orbits around the Sun.

Not only that, but in a way, the question at hand sounds like "majoring on the minors", when, compared to the "majors" of (1) whether or not your article addresses the issue or question at hand, (2) gets to the essence of it, and (3) is relevant, then it should not matter whether or not the title is repeated.

Indeed the bottom line is: Since when should it be "against the rules" to follow "Communicating 101", and freedom of speech (constitutionally protected in the U.S.), described above? In accordance with good practice of really communicating ("Communicating 101")and freedom of speech, there should certainly not be anything against beginning Helium articles by repeating the article's title. That being true, then you should be free to choose when and whether or not you begin any of your Helium articles by repeating the title, especially if you at least try to address the issue or question at hand, get to the essence of it, and try to make it relevant to the issue or question.
