Best sources of information for making money online

There are many ways to make money online, so I think that perhaps the best source of information on them all is good old fashioned trial and error. Try some different things out and see how they work for you. You may be very adept at some methods and not so good at others. Perhaps you play RPGs online and have time to check an email or follow a link between turns? Maybe you write articles or stories and in between ideas you like to relax and clear your mind by taking a fun quiz? Do you just have a couple of hours when you are waiting for the kids to get home from school and you have nothing else to do so want to try your hand at reading paid to read e-mails in that time?

Whatever your situation, there is probably a scheme out there that will allow you to earn a little extra money in your spare time. If you are approaching this with the plan to earn enough to quit your day job, then you have a lot more work ahead of you than you ever put into your day job. In three days time I have earned an average of ten cents a day from one paid to click site. Another site I have already made more than $7 a month at. It is all dependent on what you are interested in doing and how much time you dedicate to the project. As a general rule, making money online is a good way to make a little extra pocket change to splurge on something like a new music CD or a trip to the movies, but you are unlikely to pay your rent or utilities with it.

If you have decided that you want to try making money online, the first thing that I would suggest you do is sit down and with a notebook and list what you like and what is fun for you. Do you enjoy blogging? Reading e-mails? Writing about a wide range of subjects? Taking quizzes? What do you not like doing? Or what are you just generally bad at doing? For example my list would be:

-
I like to: write articles and blog. I can also write product reviews about things I have tried. I tend to slack off on checking e-mail, going days, sometimes months without checking my e-mail.
-

Now, determine how much time you have to dedicate to your making money project. For me this is:

-
Brief breaks while writing in the mornings. Scattered minutes throughout the day when I am sitting down from household chores. A few hours in the evening when I am too tired to write on my novel.
-

Armed with this information you should now make a list of what best fits your likes and the time you have to pursue this activity. For me it is -

-
Morning breaks during writing -
