Agloco: Paid to surf program

I found a link to Agloco.com on craigslist in the job section. A job, it is not. The information they put it on their website goes something like this.
Agloco is the first internet based economic network. You as a member can "get you share of the internet".
Through this referral program, they "reward" people helping to build their global community. The more people the more money Agloco makes for it members. Advertisers, search providers, and online retailers are paying billions to get their ads to you; this is a way for you to get some of that money.

Agloco members can make money in four ways. Members earn a monthly share of Agloco revenue based on usage of viewbar in that month. Members earn part of the company based on use of Agloco viewbar each month. Currently they limit it to five hours. Members using the referral system to build the Agloco network, get a percentage of your referrals earnings. Members also get a share of commissions Agloco get when members purchase some thing or a service from any Agloco Sponsor companies.

About the viewbar you will end up downloading. It will be a small toolbar that sits at the bottom of your screen or browser window while you surf. It allows Agloco to track your online activity and your interests so they can send ads you will like and are more likely click on, which is supposed to make everyone money.
Agloco explains why the viewbar is not spyware, they seem to be asked that a lot. Spyware is something that sneaks into your computer without permission or your knowledge, to steal your private information and is very hard to remove. The viewbar is completely permission based; you can even turn it off. And, Agloco keeps your information safe. So they say.
As of right now the Viewbar is not yet available to download yet, and is in beta testing. They expect it to be ready in several weeks.

They do have some "rules". You can only sign-up once, and you cannot sign-up on behalf of someone else. Memberships cannot be transferred. It says no spamming; if you do, your membership will be canceled.
Also, no auto-surfing software.

This sounds like any other run of the mill paid-to-surf program. Which, I hear are not worth the time. I went ahead and signed up. I have not and probably will not downloading the Viewbar. However, if I don't I can't make any money from them. because if you only "surf" 1 hour a month but your referrals surf more you only get paid for a hour of every one surf time. If that makes any sense. I am just not sure about allowing someone or some thing to watch me online. When it is the government that is different. You don't have a choice, but here you do. I would feel better about it more people had experiences with them. When you do a search on Google or whatever the only stuff you find is like what I typed up there. Nothing from any beta testers, I would like to hear what they have to say, they are the only ones using it right now. I doubt that any of the people that post the Agloco script to get referrals do not know any more then I do.
I wonder if you really get company stock, and how does that affect your taxes? If you are not making a whole lot of money, you may be losing more then you are making. Anther question is can you sell your stock? Or, if you quit using the viewbar and junk do you get to keep the stock or is it contingent on you staying a member? They do not really address these questions. I guess I will have to wait and see if they end up being a scam, that is what I am putting my money on. But, if you want to try it don't let my paranoia stop you, you may make lots of money. If you do let me know.
