Buddhism: Introduction to the Nirvana

The meaning of nirvana in English is "blowing out, extinguishing". It is an important concept in Buddhism. Nirvana is the result of the Enlightenment and a state of being released from desires, lusts. In the Buddhist teachings, it is the evolution of body and soul, from death to a glory rebirth. The notion contains the end of suffering of a life and the rebirth of a new one.

Buddhism has previously introduced the concept to burn the body to get the evolution and rebirth. The enlightenment can be gained by proper meditation, and practice of Buddhism, which basically from four noble truths. Find the suffering, the cause of suffering, and the way to stop suffering, which will lead to the enlightenment of the person who believes in Buddhism. Buddhists usually want to achieve the highest ideal state of rebirth, if they think that they have done enough good things during their life time.

There are many meanings of the nirvana. Nirvana can help to release from troubles and bitters from Karma, so this is a kind of dying for rebirth. Another meaning is that nirvana in the circle of life. It leads to a place without misgivings if he has a good karma. Also, it is called "passed away"- to ease acting in the realm of self-relief, so it is called nirvana.

Generally speaking, to a Buddhist, the highest level of nirvana is the ultimate goal to escape from the endless rebirth cycle of reincarnation, and it is a freedom from all worldly concerns. There are three aspects which can lead to glory rebirth after nirvana, sometimes, an aura can be seen, which is from four foundations and basic teachings of Buddhism:

1. Sexual purity. No adultery, no excessive sex contact. If the person is a monk, he should have no sex experience with the a woman after he becomes a monk. According to the research of PhD. Qinger Zhang, the sexual desire is the the longing for the pleasure derived from body contact. In Buddhism, "from the initial negation of desire to the recognition of the five desires in the secular world, the key elements in Buddhism are empty-nature and Buddha-nature. The fundamental spiritual purity is the reason why Bodhisattva is not afraid of desire. Sexual desire is not the root of life and death. The true root of life and death is the weakness for love." Nirvana requires sexual purity, though the "greatest difference between the Five Disciplines and the Eight Disciplines is the precept of sexual desire."

2. High morality. During the life time, the person who has highly respected
