Stitch up, a game of many names, though I know it as "Sh* head"
Reccomended players 2-5
Each player is dealt 3 cards face down, and then 6 more cards they can see. The basic objective is to get rid of all your cards, and play goes like this:
Players choose 3 cards to put on top of their face down 3, and the player going first will then put down a card of their choice, and if the next player cannot beat that card (2- low, A - high), they must pick up all the cards in the pile. Any card can be played as long as it is higher than the card played before, and player must always have at least 3 cards in their hand, so each time a card is placed the player must collect one from the deck. Cards of the same number can be placed together, as can runs of the same suit.
Some cards have special rules:
2 - Resets the count (cancels any card and starts at the lowest)
7 - Reverses the count (cards must be lower to beat)
10 - "burns" the cards, removing them from play (so they are not picked up when someone loses)
Four of a kind - "burns" the cards
When card(s) are burnt, the player who burnt the cards chooses a card to put down to continue the game. a four of a kind does not have to be done all at once, I.e. Player A puts down a 3, Player B buts down three 3's and burns.
Once the deck has been diminished and the player has used all cards in their hand, they use their 3 face up cards that were placed at the start. Once these are used they must select one of the 3 face down cards until these too are gone.
