Meaning and uses for lockets

Rare is the item that is perfect for every woman, regardless of age, race, weight, interests and marital status. Everyone knows how difficult it is to shop for a woman, but a locket is the perfect gift for any woman on any occasion. A locket is not merely a piece of jewelry, but an heirloom, a keepsake, and a constant reminder of your loved ones.

A locket allows a mother to never be away from her children and to hold her children close to her heart. A locket allows a daughter to remember her mother, grandmother, father or grandfather at all times. A locket allows a woman to be able to show her friends and coworkers a picture of whomever it is that is the most important person in her life, be it her spouse, best friend, pet, or relative. You need not have children to wear a locket, you merely need loved ones, and don't we all have at least one person whom we love and cherish dearly?

A locket can comfort you when you are sad, make you feel close to home when you are miles away, and can remind you of what is most important to you in life. It can bring a smile to your face when you are having a bad day, and remind you of why you work so hard at your job, your marriage, or at the gym.

Perhaps the best part of owning a locket is that it can be passed down from generation to generation, and in this, a locket keeps people alive. Through the locket, we are provided with memories and reminders of it's original owner. So whether you are the primary owner and can find solace in the fact that your children and your children's children will carry a piece of you with them, around their neck, or whether you are carrying a piece of your loved one with you, rest assured, that this tiny piece of metal, carries with it love, happiness, and memories.
the main purpose of a locket is to keep families together, to keep memories alive, and to hold our loved ones close to our hearts at all times.

So next time you have to buy your mom, wife, sister or daughter a gift, give the gift of love, and give a gift that will never die; give a locket.
